Acceptable Use Policy

NAVAI Dental is built to help dental clinics grow by automating patient communications. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines behaviors that are not permitted on our platform. It applies to all customers, users, and anyone accessing our services.

You may not use NAVAI Dental to:

• Violate any law or regulation — including HIPAA, consumer protection laws, or any applicable federal, state, or local regulations
• Deceive or mislead patients — including making false claims about services, providers, pricing, or availability
• Send spam or unsolicited communications — mass messaging patients or contacts who have not consented to hear from you
• Harass, threaten, or abuse — using the AI system to intimidate, discriminate against, or mistreat any individual
• Attempt to circumvent or exploit our systems — including probing for vulnerabilities, reverse engineering, scraping, or automated abuse of our APIs or interfaces
• Impersonate licensed medical professionals in a way that provides or implies clinical advice through the AI system
• Interfere with other customers' use of the NAVAI Dental platform

NAVAI Dental's AI receptionist is designed to handle appointment scheduling and general inquiries. It is not intended to replace licensed clinical judgment, provide medical or dental diagnoses, or manage emergencies. Clinics are responsible for ensuring the AI is deployed appropriately and that patients have clear access to human staff when needed.

We reserve the right to investigate reports of misuse and to suspend or terminate access to any account that violates this policy. In serious cases, we may report activity to law enforcement. We'll act in good faith and communicate transparently when taking enforcement action.
